We Need Your Support
Since 2020, we have been working with ODF on a long-term multi-phase plan for Black Rock and now, more than ever, we need your help.
We are nearing the end of phase one, which is to improve and enhance our existing trails. We are starting our next phase: expanding the trail network. We will be adding new trails below Basic Training which will extend our top to bottom runs. These will go down to a new (and bigger) parking lot which we hope will be built soon after.
Donate:
Trail-building requires things we must purchase: hardware, lumber, hand tools, power tools, fuel to run power tools, etc. We also have regular expenses, some which are obvious, such as portable toilets, and some which are not so obvious, such as liability insurance needed to keep the trails open.
If you cherish these trails as much as we do, please click the Donate button and consider giving genrously to BRMBA.
We are a (501)(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 20-4857327). Your tax-deductible donation gives fully to Black Rock.
A $50 donation or more automatically makes you a member. Your dues go directly to funding our trails and expenses. Having a strong member base supports our advocacy efforts and exhibits to ODF and other agencies our commitment to Black Rock.

Donate Your Time:
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. Black Rock exists thanks to your contribution of time and effort. When a devastating ice storm struck in February 2021 causing widespread damage to the trails, many feared for the future of Black Rock. However, volunteers rallied and, as part of a massive coordinated cleanup effort with ODF, helped to safely restore Black Rock.
Join us for our scheduled trail workdays. Trailbuilding season typically runs from October to June. Please see our Events Calendar or BRMBA Instagram for scheduled workdays. You will learn trail-building skills while giving back to the community.
Remember to bring gloves, boots, rain gear and helmet (half shell works fine). Lunch will be provided with laps after.
